1. Do you offer fanfic commissions?
I do not do commissions for fan fictions. Commissions are for rebound books only.
2. How can I request a custom rebind commission?
All commission requests must be submitted through the Commissions Request Form. Once submitted, I will reach out to you via your preferred contact method to obtain any missing details and work closely with you to finalize the plan, timeline, and payment. This is a much more hands on experience. Once everything is agreed upon I will provide a link to purchase. Please check my Instagram bio, or the announcement bar at the top of the Home page to see if I am currently accepting commission requests.
3. What is the difference between an Existing Design Rebind and a Custom Rebind Commission?
Existing designs are exactly that. Rebinds that have already been designed and made before. These are for those who are fans of a specific book I have done, and are generally better priced than a custom rebind commission since most of the work has been planned and the only thing that needs to be done is obtain materials if needed and execute. Processing timeframes are between 2-3 weeks but it really just depends on if I have the specific materials on hand so it usually will be quicker.
Custom Rebind Commissions are books that have not been done previously by myself and have been custom designed with your preferences in mind. Choose any published book, material, color combo, etc or send me an idea and let me run with it. These are a little more pricey than an existing design rebind as they require more time and design work. Processing timeframes will be 3-4 weeks.
4. How much does a rebound book cost?
REBINDS FROM EXISTING DESIGNS:
Prices for each book will be posted on the product! Please note: If there is an element of an existing design that you would like to change (i.e. material type or color, change in any part of the design, etc) this would now be considered a Custom Rebound Book. Please fill out and submit the Commissions Request form. Prices may not increase per se, but it would depend on what exactly you were looking to change.
FOR CUSTOM REBOUND BOOKS:
Base cost is $175. The total cost is relative to the cost of the individual book, materials, time, etc. It includes design as well as a selection of materials to choose from. Specialty book cloth, ribbon bookmarks, charms, special edges/end pages are an added cost (see below for details). I do provide discounts for sets.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Existing Design Rebinds: Typically 2-3 Weeks. Just depending on if material is on hand or not.
Rebind Sets: Typically 3-4 Weeks depending on how many books come in the set.
Custom Rebind Commissions: Typically 3-4 weeks.
Once your order is shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, I provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
7. What is your return policy?
I have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging as intact as possible. Refund approval will be provided once package has been received back to me, and provided it is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact me at moonbound.bindery@gmail.com.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I accept international orders. However, please note that shipping costs may apply for international deliveries. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred.
10. What about quality?
Please note that these rebound books are handcrafted works and may have minor imperfections. I will obviously try to avoid this as much as possible and will be as transparent as possible. I would sooner remake a book that I am not happy with. If you are unhappy with the results upon receiving it, I will provide a full refund provided you reach out to me ASAP and ensure the book is returned to me within 30 days of delivery date to you. Refunds will only be initiated once book is received by me.
